Bid documents are being made available via digital and original paper copy. Plan holders are required to register and order bid documents at www.mccartycompanyplans.com. Bid documents are non-refundable and must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid email address for registration. Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the project manual. Bid Proposals will be submitted on form provided in project manual. The City of Raymond reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted.
Bid envelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor’s current Certificate of Responsibility Number. Envelope containing bids must be sealed, marked and addressed as follows:
